Relax with your whole family in this calm, romantic and cozy appartment as part of a typical umbrian/tuscany estate. Among the "green lung of Italy" (Umbria) and yet directly at the gate to Tuscany with a stunning view of the Lago Trasimeno. The appartment bribes with typical architecture as well as a spacious and modern interior (60 qm), a private patio and a swimming pool (seasonal opening hours! - Please ask us!) The space In a separate building of an ancient ensemble located on the ground floor you will find a beautiful 2-room-appartment with a living room (kitchen/table and chairs/ studio couch for two persons) as well as a spacious bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom. In addition there is a patio (private use) with table, chairs and a parasol. There is a fifth sleeping place in the form of a foldaway bed available. Pillows and blankets are available in the appartment, bedclothes and towels you have to bring yourself or you can rent it for 10 EUR per person (bedclothes AND towels). The cleaning costs will increase to 55,- EUR should you bring a pet.
