Welcome to 72 Eberly Woods, Sherkston Shores! Have fun with the whole family at Sherkston resort! Our 2-bd cottage can sleep up to 8 ppl and includes golf cart rental. Featuring modern amenities like built in audio systems, a TV, and one of the few cottages with TWO BATHROOMS to help with the morning rush! (gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, coffeemaker, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and cups) • Add-on room/Sunroom with surrounding sliding doors • TV with HDMI cord and DVD player • Air conditioning and Heat • Hot water • Resort Wi-Fi • BBQ- Propane included • Fire Pit- wood logs not included • Basic Cleaning supplies • 2 vehicle parking NOT INCLUDED • 17$/person Sherkston Resort entrance fee • Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries • Food, drinks • Personal Items • Beach chairs Golf cart included with $500 Security deposit Further Details:  No pets, no smoking, no parties  Maximum occupancy of 6 people  Must be 25 or over to rent  Funplex passes purchased directly through the Welcome Centre Other things to note **All guests must be disclosed at booking and confirmed 1 week before check in order to register them with the resort, additional guests cannot be added on after this** Due to Sherkston regulations, all renters must be either 25 years of age and older or of a family nature. Renters with the golf cart must abide by the following rules as governed by Sherkston Shores Resort: 1. All golf cart operators must have attained the age of 25 (twenty-five) -OR- have a valid Class G drivers licence. Birth certificates are NOT acceptable. Any persons found driving under the age of 25 (twenty- five) or without a valid Class G driver’s licence will be fined (see Schedule (B) -Schedule of Fines). Repeat offenders will be issued a trespass notice, preventing entrance to the resort for a minimum of one year as well as the removal of the golf cart from the owners property. 2. Golf carts are classed as a Motor Vehicle under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act (a copy of the Act is available in the Welcome Centre) and are subject to the Criminal Code of Canada. This means stopping at stop signs and obeying one way streets and no-entry signs. Open alcohol is not permitted on golf carts, anyone driving a golf cart while intoxicated will lose the privilege of having a golf cart on property. All motor vehicles including golf carts shall not exceed the 15 km/h or 10mph speed limit. 3. Glass bottles or glass containers are not permitted on golf carts. 4. The safety and security of all guests, especially children, should be considered at all times in the operation of golf carts. Driving with a child in your lap or with a passenger standing are potentially dangerous and is prohibited. Such occurrences will result in fines (see Schedule (B) -Schedule of Fines). 5. The number of people on a golf cart is determined by the number of seats available on the cart. Standing up is not permitted. Every person must have a proper seat. Owner Rules and Operation: 1. Ensure golf cart is locked up at night and upon checkout to avoid theft 2. Ensure golf cart is plugged in when not in use and upon checkout 3. Renter is responsible for any damage to golf cart, an inspection will be completed after checkout. Costs of repairs will be deducted from rental security deposit and renter invoiced for any additional costs 4. Renter is responsible for any accidents/liability while operating the golf cart Please contact me with any questions.
