Montezuma Heights Art House

The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place. The space It is our house, made with so much love, thought and artistic touch. Like our cabins we put years in this project with many details. The house is build with recollected antic wood floors and ceilings, doors and windows. For the house no tree had been cut. The antics give the house a warm and loving touch. We also invested long hours in the art tile work. The rest is up to you to explore. The house fit comfortably 7 people. On the first floor 2 people (one double bed). On the second floor 5 people (in one room 2 persons-one double bed and in the other room 3 persons-one individual bed and one bunker bed). The bunker bed could be change to a double bed if need it. *Please buy groceries before arrival Guest access The pool is for all our guests available, including Geco and Buho cabin guests. Geco and Buho is a separate cabin located on the side of the house. So, the pool it might be the area where could be a possibility of guests interaction. There is plenty of space for parking. There is a roof terrace on the third floor for a unforgettable view of our area and stars watching at night, go for it. Other things to note Please note: When using the pool, please do not use Sun cream and use the shower on the pool before. If not followed this instructions, we do not guarantee a clear and clean pool. We do live close to nature. Please note: When leaving open food inside the building, Monkeys, Ants and other animals will see this as in invitation. If possible keep the food inside the fridge. Till now they have not find a way to open it. Take care. Rainy season: In parts of the rainy season bugs can arise. So please close open doors and windows when lights are turned on. Use the screen doors and windows and you will be fine. Mosquitos have not been a problem as much then in other parts of the country. Always remember you are in Costa Rica and in the wild. The bugs and animals have been there before us, respect them. The house is embellish by Enrique Hidalgo (Costa Rican oil painter). It is a good size home with everything you need, has the pool right in front. Grown-ups and kids love having our dog Luna around (however, if one do not like dogs she would be placed on a large area, separate from the house). . Please note that only booked guests are allowed on the property for security issues!
