Welcome to Beachview 49 at Sherkston Shores! This modern trailer sleeps up to 7 and is tucked at the end of a family-friendly cul-de-sac. You're just a short walk to the Funplex, food trucks, playgrounds, grocery store/LCBO, flea market, and fireworks. The Quarry, Elco, and Wyldewood Beach are just a quick ride away. Enjoy the spacious deck with a BBQ, smokeless fire pit, bar fridge, sink, outdoor shower, and lots of cozy seating. A perfect space to relax and unwind! The space 🛺 GOLF CART RENTAL The 6-seater golf cart is not included in the nightly fee. It's available to rent separately for $100 per day with a $500 refundable damage deposit. NOTE: A rental ‘day’ is counted by calendar day (not a 24-hour period). Alternatively, you may contact Birdies Golf Cart Rentals for their pricing. 🛌 ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Sleeps 6 adults comfortably -Master Bedroom – King size mattress -Large Loft – Two single floor mattresses -Small Loft – One and a half single floor mattress -Living Room – Two single pullout couches 🚿 BATHROOM Equipped with a residential toilet & flush system (no holding tank) -Please bring your own toilet paper and toiletries 🍽️ KITCHEN -Fridge with a 5-gallon water dispenser -Keurig coffee maker and toaster -BBQ tools, cutlery, knives, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, strainer, pots & pans provided -Bring your own paper towels 🌤️ OUTDOOR AMENITIES -Outdoor sink, mini fridge, covered seating area, and smokeless firepit -Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand/debris before entering the trailer -Bring your own firewood & propane 👤 WHAT TO BRING -Bedding, pillows, towels -Food, drinks, condiments -Beach gear and personal items 🚫 HOUSE RULES -Gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are NOT permitted. -No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. -All guests must follow Sherkston Shores rules and regulations. Guest access Guest Fees - A mandatory resort fee of $16.95 per guest (ages 6+) applies and is not included in your reservation. - Wristbands for pool & waterpark access are also not included and can be purchased at the Welcome Centre. - Children 5 and under are free and do not require wristbands. Other things to note Occupancy & Registration Rules • Gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are NOT permitted. •Maximum of 7 guests per reservation, including children of all ages. No exceptions. • Visitors are not permitted. • All private rentals require the full names and birthdates of all guests, along with photo ID for each adult (18+). • Renters must be 25 years of age or older. If not a family with children, all guests must be over 25. • A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per site. Additional vehicles will be denied entry.
