Just ask! 🙂 Guest access As our guest, you have the entire apartment to yourself — nearly 50 m² with a private entrance, a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with a kitchenette, and a large bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee out on your own little terrace, screened from the rest of the garden, and come and go as you please without being disturbed. Free parking is right outside the entrance. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, so you can unwind and truly feel at home throughout your stay. Other things to note 🏡 Practical information The apartment is in a quiet residential area, and we greatly appreciate guests being considerate of the neighborhood. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night, so that both guests and neighbors can enjoy a pleasant, undisturbed experience. Thank you for being considerate during your stay 🙏 A few useful things about the apartment: – The apartment is on the lower level, with a few steps down to its own entrance. – Self check-in with flexible arrival – come and go as you please. – Two air purifiers keep the air fresh. They run automatically and are almost silent, but if they bother you, simply switch them off at night and back on in the morning. – Heating is via underfloor heating cables, with separate controls in each zone so you can easily adjust the temperature. We're happy to bring down extra heating or cooling if needed. – A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a good meal – including a Cosori air fryer and a blender for smoothies. – French press, kettle and a Nespresso machine with milk frother – perfect for your own favorite coffee, or bring your own capsules ☕ – The apartment is suitable for up to 2 guests.
