Other things to note -Must be 25 to rent, and the party must be at a ratio of no more than two people for each parent or guardian over the age of 25. -As of 5/18/2020, smoking or vaping is prohibited in all common areas at Silver Beach Towers, including balconies and patios. The association has the authority to enforce this rule as smoke can be a nuisance to others. Smokers should avoid smoking on balconies or patios if it bothers neighbors. The first violation will result in a friendly reminder. A second or subsequent violation will incur a $50 fine per occurrence. Continued non-compliance may lead to eviction for renters and liens or litigation for owners.
