Relax at this second-floor direct ocean front condo with a balcony. In the process of renovating the kitchen! Condo is located on a quiet back street in uptown Ocean City but is close to everything the island has to offer (restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.) Leave your shoes behind with the easy beach access over a dune crossing located just steps from the building. This unit is available for guests aged 25 and older. Check in and check times out are flexible. The space Direct ocean front condo with a beautiful view on a nice and quiet uptown street. Perfect place to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise in the morning or take an afternoon nap in the comfy, cool and shaded bedroom that has one queen bed and one twin bed. This unit is a great fit for a small family and/or friends of all ages. Being Uptown, it's much quieter and more family friendly than being Downtown in the middle of the main action, but still close enough to get around anywhere with a quick drive or using the 24 hour bus service. My parents have owned this condo since my brother and I were kids. It's easy to make unforgettable memories here. There's nothing quite like waking up and being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean, falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing and smell of the ocean breeze, going down to the beach at any time of day or night, or walking down the street to play some mini golf at Old Pro, hit the old-school Quarter Arcade, or grab some pizza or subs at Billy's (Ponzetti'a is just a couple blocks further-some of the best pizza and wings). Really, though, just being able to kick back on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean with beverage in hand and not a worry on the mind is my personal favorite. You never know what the view might bring. Keep your eye out for shooting stars, dolphins swimming down the shore, the characters that walk the beach, maybe even a lightning storm out over the water. We want to be able to share some of these experiences and offer a little escape from the norm that is daily life. My brother, Jesse, used to manage this a couple years back before the pandemic put a damper on things. But we have made some updates to the property and decided to bring it back for the summer. After parking across the street in the assigned spot, you'll walk up a ramp then one flight of stairs (or use the elevator), down the short hall to the door, and enter into the kitchen and hallway where you will immediately be able to see the ocean and what will be your cozy and comfortable home away from home for your time in Ocean City, MD. There should be just about everything you would need here for your stay, along with some accessories for the beach if you couldn't bring your own. We may provide other necessities upon request, as well. New flooring has been installed in living area, a new hybrid queen bed just added to the bedroom, as well as new hightop chairs and a lounger on the balcony, there are a few new appliances, and a newly updated shower with sliding glass door has been put in the bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, except for the closet off of dining area. Other things to note Guest will be given the keypad code for keyless entry 24hrs before check in. Please lock condo when you leave. Parking lot has one assigned spot per unit (with provided parking pass). Free guest parking (with the one extra parking pass) can be found in rear of lot and there is free parking on any side street. We ask that all guests please rinse off with the outdoor hose/shower before entering the unit to prevent bringing excess sand inside.
