Rustic, spacious lodge situated within the garden of a quaint cottage often nicknamed Hobbiton. The owners of the cottage and their 3 dogs work from home. Ideal for a working professional during the week. Nearby: - Quaint town of Thame (10 mins drive) - Aylesbury (15 mins drive) - Chiltern Hills (a cyclist's Nirvana) - Haddenham and Thame Parkway train station (7 mins drive, with trains to Central London taking 40 minutes) - Bicester Village (30 mins drive or a short direct train journey) The space The Lodge is situated on a small property next to the owners' cottage dating from around the 1600s. There are always dogs around so gates need to be closed at all times. Neighbours are lovely and a great source of local knowledge but will never knock on your door! There are sections of the small garden that can be used, including BBQ area, with prior arrangement. Guest access The Lodge is all yours! Shared garden with owners and dogs. If you have a special occasion and would like access to an area, this is possible with prior agreement. Other things to note All gates must be closed at all times.
