At the bottom of the enclosed garden you will have direct access to the sea through a charming little pebble cove. The house is 500 m from the small port of Pors Poulhan in Plozevet in Pays Bigouden. It is ideally placed for multiple hikes including the coastal trails by the GR 34. Pretty sandy beaches are close to the cottage including Gored 400 m away, Gwendrez 2 km away. The space It is a small house that has: - 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. All our beds in 140 X200 cm are made upon arrival of the tenants, they are equipped with duvets. - Towels can be provided free of charge upon request. Please specify this when booking. - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, 4-burner induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extra freezer, microwave oven. - A living room area with TV, DVD player and Internet access via WI-FI. - A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. - Separate toilet on the ground floor. At your disposal in the gîte: baby bed, high chair and baby bath. The house is equipped with electric heating: 3 storage radiators on the ground floor, 2 radians upstairs and a towel dryer in the bathroom. All rooms in the cottage have sea views. Our animal friends are welcome. Guest access The rental includes the entire house (100 m²) and its garden of 400 m². It is independent and the well-enclosed garden is surrounded by stone walls. Parking your vehicles will be no problem on the property. Other things to note RENTAL: only by the week, from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. PAYMENT: by check, transfer or vacation vouchers. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: It will be requested at the signing of the contract. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €300 will be requested before entering the rental, it will be returned to you at the end of the stay. In case of damage, it will be reduced by the cost of restoration. EXPECTED CHARGES: - Tourist tax, 0.90 euro per day and per person over 18 years of age. - Electricity, 53 Kwh are included in the rental package, beyond that you will be charged 0.15 euro/kwh, No other fees to expect, cleaning is included in the package.
