The Lucy - Seville Square Suites

Welcome to The Lucy, a newly renovated Seville Square Suite tucked inside a historic home built in the 1870's located on Seville Square in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. This suite includes a private entrance and bathroom. You are steps away from local's favorite restaurants, breweries, and bars. And walking distance to art galleries, shopping, The Blue Wahoos stadium, Bay Center, Saenger Theater, any many public parks. A short 15 minute drive to the sandy white beaches of Pensacola Beach. The space Seville Square Suites consists of two separate suites, The Lucy, and The Louie, sharing an entrance and common space. Guest access We welcome you to the front lower patio of the home for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. Rock away as you enjoy the peacefulness of the park or enjoy the people watching of downtown. This is a shared space as it is the main entrance of a private home.
