Located half a block from Main Street, many amenities within walking distance. This is a cozy suite in a stand alone house. It has a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. It has one queen sized bed in a large bedroom. We can also provide a single sized foam mattress for the floor upon request for a third guest. For those with mobility issues there are three steps to enter. Please note that we have a smart tv for streaming services, no cable connection. The space There is one queen size bed in a fairly large bedroom. We offer a playpen and/or a single foam floor mattress that can be provided for young families upon request. The bathroom has a tiled shower, no bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper family cooking and baking. Guest access There is another suite in front of this suite, but the spaces are totally separate from one another and are each accessible by both the front and the back. The main entrance to your suite is at the front of the building halfway down the left side. You are staying in the rear suite. There is off street parking 🅿️ at the back alley. There is an additional entrance from the back alley, where you will pass thru a common area called the laundry room/back porch. Feel free to store boots and skis etc here, however it is a common space that is shared with the front tenants and the owners. The laundry facilities are available to the guests in the back suite (you) between Mondays and Thursdays only. Other things to note The smart tv is available for your own streaming services. Please note that there is no cable tv service. The playpen and single foam mattress with bedding for children or teens are stored in the laundry room and available by request.
