Orubixe agritourism room

Room in Orubixe agrotourism located in the Magdalena de Berriatua neighborhood. Surrounded by meadows and more farmhouses, it is located in a rural setting that offers tranquility and the enjoyment of green spaces. In front of the house there is a "bidegorrri" that gives access to the villages of Ondarroa (2 km away) and Berriatua (1 km away). It is located 2 km from the coast with the possibility of going to the beach in the town of Ondarroa, and to local shops and bars in the towns of Ondarroa and Berriatua. The space The property is a rural house (an agritourism) that is divided into independent accommodation units (rooms) and apartments. In total the house has several rooms and apartments. The owners of the house live in the same accommodation, but in an area separate from the main area of the rooms. The rooms are spacious rooms for two people (or more if needed) with a built-in bathroom (and shower) and a main window that gives access to the views of the outside. The rooms have high ceilings and are equipped with basic furniture (including bedside tables, a large closet, a desk and TV). The windows have interior shutters and curtains to dim natural light while sleeping or to avoid heat in the summer. Due to the location of the house, the entry of insects cannot be 100% avoided when we open the windows. Our efforts are aimed at avoiding that when we prepare the rooms. We have pets such as dogs at home, so we can sometimes hear their barking. Guest access All rooms are double rooms for two people, but if needed, up to two extra beds can be added. Extra beds are paid outside the room rate as an extra service or benefit, per extra bed and per day. The cottage offers the possibility of "breakfast" but this is not included in the room rate. You can use the kitchen but it is not included in the price of the room, your payment is made per person per day. On the other hand, the house has a common room at the service of guests. On the outside of the house, there is a porch with tables that guests can use at any time. There is the possibility of using the barbecue but the charcoal has to be arranged by the guest. During your stay There's usually always someone home. At the entrance to the house (at the front door) there is a doorbell that we can hear if we are inside the house. Other things to note Keep in mind that this is a rural accommodation, that it is located in the middle of a rural area, and that its services, although minimal, and not comparable to other accommodations with more benefits, are tried to be given in the best possible way.
