Book your preferred dates and secure your reservation. 2. We’ll send you a confirmation once your booking is approved. 3. Please send us the names of everyone staying in the unit. 4. Your Authorization Letter & Move-in Form will be sent by 1:00 PM on check-in day. 5. Check-in details (including the lock box code) will be sent prior to your arrival. 6. When you arrive, show the forms to the guard at Tower 1. Kindly ask the guard to have you access the elevator going to 19th floor. 8. At the unit, you’ll see a lock box on the door. Use the passcode we sent to get the keys and our personal keycard. You may use the keycard and unit keys throughout your stay.
