Charming independent Normandy residence located 30 minutes from Giverny, close to the new Mac 'Arthur outlet center, 45 minutes from Rouen and 1 hour from Paris. You have a separate bedroom (one 180x200 king-size bed), a large living room with sitting area/kitchenette, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. You have private parking, an electric car charging station (€4/night), and a terrace for 4 people. Pets are allowed free of charge. Free baby equipment. Possibility of adding two guests accompanying you, at a cost of 35 euros per person per night. Bed linen is provided for the second bed, as well as bath towels. Guest access You have a parking space in an enclosed and well-lit courtyard. I'll share the portal code on the day you arrive . The cottage remains open . ( a key is available in the lockbox , to be put back on the day you leave ) . You are completely independent if I am not there to welcome you. Unfortunately, the house is not equipped for PRMs ( people with limited mobility) . Take a good look at the photos to assess your access options. We provide free Wi-Fi access in the rented house. The price of the rental includes towels as well as linens . Breakfasts are available on request at the time of booking at a cost of €9 per person per day, to be paid on site. Don't hesitate to let me know your food intolerances ( Lactose , gluten, etc.) via Airbnb messaging. You can charge your electric car using your 220 V adapter for the outlet (€4 per night).
