Other things to note Indian Palms is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund. FAQs: 1. Is there a pool and hot tub? • Yes! Private pool and spa. Pool heat is $60/day (24-hour notice). Spa heat is free. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating. 2. Are pets allowed? • Yes, for pets under 50 lbs, with a $200 cleaning fee. Include your pet in the reservation and follow pet policies. 3. What’s the parking situation? • Up to 4 cars total (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking per HOA. 4. Are there quiet hours? • Yes, 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect neighbors.
