Whether it's for a party, a baptism or a family reunion, you will appreciate every moment shared within it through a perfect combination of comfort and indoor entertainment (billiards, foosball, board games, cinema, dance party) or outdoor (table tennis, petanque) The space I took great care to completely redo each of the rooms in my home as well as the outdoor environment. The cathedral frame of the living room is the real cornerstone of this charming house; a place where billiard players, foosball players, movie lovers or the kings of the dance floor (lit by the disco ball) will meet. The Bluetooth-connected speaker will allow you to play the playlists of your choice! The 3 sofas will welcome you delicately and will allow everyone to find their place in the double living room, well wedged in the corner of the stove if it is cold. The different spaces can accommodate up to 26 people: - the 1st bedroom has a 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm floor mattresses with direct access to a bathroom suitable for PRM. - the 2nd bedroom has a pull-out bed composed of 2 90 cm mattresses. There is also a fridge and direct access to the outside through a separate door. - the 3rd bedroom is a master suite with TV, 1 bed of 160 and 1 direct access to the ensuite bathroom. - the 4th bedroom has a 140 cm bed and 3 90 cm mattresses as well. - the 5th bedroom has an electric king-size bed (180 cm wide), a large TV and 2 90 cm mattresses. - a 140 cm sofa bed on the mezzanine can accommodate 2 people. Another 90 cm mattress can complete this space. - the last space is a fully self-contained apartment with a private bathroom, a kitchen, 2 beds of 160 cm, a sofa bed. It is accessible to more than 18 guests. There are 3 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers (Senseo and Nespresso), 1 air fryer and many utensils and appliances (Thermomix, raclette, fondue). The open kitchen has a set of pots, pans, dishes, and various dishes. The fiber provides an excellent internet connection, ideal for leisure or teleworking if needed. The 4 bathrooms for as many toilets will avoid traffic jams and inconveniences as much as possible! A large illuminated outdoor terrace and barbecue await you for friendly moments! Sports enthusiasts can find their happiness by going for a jog in the adjoining forest or by the canal, the weight room will be ideal for those who want to let off steam!
