It is provided with essentials kitchen equipments for cooking, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Blender, Electric Kettle and Water Dispenser ( has hot & cold system) with one empty a 5 gallon bottle water for drinking are also provided in the unit. Guests are welcome to use them. The empty 5 gallon bottle for exchange with the full one is easy to find at mini market or supermarket. Building apartment has 24 Hours Security Guards. There is a restaurant located on floor 28th and connected to Julian Rooftop bar (Julianrooftoppanama ) with 360° view.
