Our renovated English Basement with separate entrance/exit is located in one of DC's best neighborhoods, just two blocks from bustling 14th St NW (Logan Circle), 17th Street NW (Dupont Circle), and U Street NW. It's close to downtown DC with the White House about a mile away and the National Mall close by! 14th Street NW is a two-minute walk, offering some of DC's finest restaurants, bars, and shops. Our English Basement is the perfect location for visiting friends, sightseeing, & exploring DC. The space The English Basement unit comes equipped with a queen-sized bed, desk with chair, large sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a 50" smart TV with YouTube TV and other apps. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig/drip coffee maker combination, toaster, blender, and cooking and dining supplies. The English Basement has several windows that provide ample light. There are window A/C units and central heat. There is a large closet space, and a stackable washer & dryer in the bedroom closet with the blue door. There is also a full bathroom. You access the English Basement by entering our front gate, and going down the cement stairs with the railing. Please keep the back door in the bedroom locked, and do not use this door or exit to the courtyard. Free street parking is available with this listing . There is an electronic door lock, and the code will be sent by Airbnb prior to your stay. There is also a lockbox on the railing that contains the physical keys to the front door. Please keep the back door in the bedroom locked, and do not use this door or exit to the courtyard. Other things to note Enjoy your stay!
