Stone barn, renovated and equipped, on enclosed land with 2 private parking spaces, accommodating 6 guests. Sheets, towels (bath/pool) provided. Beds made upon arrival. The Grange offers a large swimming pool (4x8) / terrace shared with the owners, a private Jacuzzi and many outdoor games. You will find all the modern comforts and tranquility of the countryside just minutes away from Bayeux and the landing beaches. The space In a property of about 2500 m² including the owners' residence, you will find your accommodation: La Grange des Guesdons of about 130 m² comprising 3 levels: - The ground floor of about 95 sqm: living room (25m2) overlooking the terrace/garden/jacuzzi, master suite (about 20m²) with bathroom and separate toilet overlooking the garden, fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and bar with all high ceilings, laundry room with dryer, bathroom and independent toilet. - The 1st floor on the mezzanine with 2 closed bedrooms. - The 2nd floor offers a games room with TV and dvd player. The staircase to the first floor has been changed . It's now straight and easy to access. Exteriors offer a large terrace of 80m² with private pergola Jacuzzi (open from May to September) , table, charcoal BBQ, umbrella and storage box for garden furniture cushions. You will also find a beautiful swimming pool open from May to late September (shared with the owners) and a large wooded garden with a portico of swings for children and teenagers. Private parking with two spaces equipped with electrical outlets. All in a setting secured by an electric gate. Outdoor cameras secure the site. Linens are provided as well as pool towels. -DOGS AND OTHER PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED -NO PERSON OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE AND THE RESERVATION IS ALLOWED ON THE SITE. PARTIES AND OTHER EVENTS ARE TOTALLY PROHIBITED ANY BREACH OF EITHER OF THESE TWO RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE REPORTING TO THE AIRBNB PLATFORM. We can offer you a Home Chef service under certain conditions (see conditions during booking). Guest access the accommodation is totally private. Other things to note No parties are allowed on site. Only guests who have booked through Airbnb can stay at La Grange. The cottage is designed to accommodate 6 people! We do not allow additional guests. Any breach of these rules will result in you being reported to the Airbnb platform!
