The Guesdons Barn

Old stone barn, renovated and equipped on a closed lot with two private parking spaces, accommodating 6 guests. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds made upon arrival. The Grange offers a large swimming pool (4x8) / terrace shared with the owners, a private Jacuzzi and many outdoor games. You will find all the modern comforts and tranquility of the countryside just minutes from Bayeux and the landing beaches. The space Barn of about 130 m² comprising 3 levels: - The ground floor of about 95 m²: living room (25 m²) overlooking the terrace/garden/jacuzzi, master suite (about 20 m²) with shower room and separate toilet overlooking the garden, fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and bar with full ceiling height, laundry room with dryer, bathroom and separate toilet. - The 1st floor is a mezzanine with 2 closed bedrooms. - The 2nd floor offers a games room with TV and DVD player. The staircase to the first floor has been changed. It is now straight and easy to access! New decoration in progress, many photos to come! The exteriors offer a large 80 m² terrace with private Jacuzzi under pergola, table, charcoal BBQ, parasol and storage box for garden furniture cushions. You will also find a beautiful swimming pool open from May to the end of September (shared with the owners) and a large wooded garden with a swing set for children and teenagers. Private parking with two spaces equipped with electrical outlets. All in a setting secured by an electric gate. ADDITIONAL SERVICE: We can offer a home chef service under certain conditions (see conditions when booking). - Possibility to accommodate up to 8 people with additional charge (on request to the owners before booking). Guest access the accommodation is totally private.
