Cottage by the Jizera river

The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming. The space On the lower floor there is a kitchenette and a living room with a fireplace, a small bathroom with a toilet and the possibility of a sofa bed. In the attic there is a bedroom with a library and a workplace by the window. The floors are separated by a staircase and are not soundproofed. The house is in a shared garden. With its own entrance. Other things to note If we are at home, we will share the garden, but the house has its own corner with a terrace and a fireplace. I live in a house with a daughter (11) and a son (7) and a little calm and non-conflicting female Ami. We will provide you with maximum privacy.
