The house is located in the countryside, by the sea with direct access to a quiet beach (where you can see dolphins, birds and sea lions), surrounded by a native forest of hazelnuts, myrtles, cinnamon and elms (where pudus live), 10 min. by car from Quemchi (supply, restaurants, services). Beautiful views of the sea, Caucahué Island, Andes mountain range and volcanoes. Good access to paved roads to explore Chiloé. The space Almost new family house, wooden, cozy, bright, modern architecture with larch roof, fully equipped. Quiet and safe environment. Only 1.5 km of dirt road in good condition (final stretch to get to the house). The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. Master bedroom en suite and king bed. The other bedrooms have single beds (10 more beds). One of them can be enabled as a second double bedroom. Bedding and bath towels available. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside the house has a grill, wood oven and stove. There is also a wood-burning jar on the terrace. The house has a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 1 slow combustion stove (fireplace), 1 pellet stove, wifi, 5,000 m2 of land (with terraces, trails and forest), 2 kayaks, outdoor shower with hot water. Very good and direct access to the Chacao pier (about 30 minutes by car), about 1 hour from Castro airport, good paved access for walks and to get to know Chiloé. Guest access The whole house is available. The beach is at the foot of the property, passing through beautiful trails built inside the property's forest. Other things to note Firewood is included.
