The space The Hayloft is part of the barn that adjoins our Grade II listed thatched home in the lovely village of Merriott in South Somerset. The doorway leads into the entrance hall and utility area on the ground floor, with washer/dryer, coat and dog lead hooks, shoe rack and storage cupboard. A lovely bright staircase takes you up the the door into The Hayloft, straight into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A hallway leads to the stunning modern shower room, with a lovely large shower, heated towel rail, large sink, toilet, and mirror with lights and de-mister. There's the master bedroom, beautifully finished, with a double bed, large chest of drawers, lighted vanity mirror, and built-in wardrobe. The window gives you the morning sun and views across the hills. A bright and charming second bedroom - available for bookings of more than two people - has the option of having either a large double or twin beds, plus a wardrobe and bedside tables. Please request your preferred format for the bed(s) at time of booking. Note: the is a character-packed barn conversion with beautiful beams. Parking can get busy at this end of Beadon Lane, and this helps to ensure our neighbours don't get blocked in or unhappy.
