Best of all, it's just a 300m stroll to the beach from the back gate. Details about the layout are as follows: Kitchen: It is fully equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, cookware, and complimentary tea and coffee. Also included are some cooking essentials, such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. Lounge Room: Unwind in this comfortable space, furnished with two large sofas and a smart TV for your entertainment. Media Room: This is great for a separate room for the kids. It includes two large sofas and a smart TV. Master Bedroom: King-size bed opening out to the yard with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. The bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, a smart TV and a luxurious spa bath. Bedroom 2: Comfy queen size bed. Bedroom 3: Four king single bunks. Main Bathroom: Huge double shower. Ensuite: New, clean and spacious ensuite. Patio: Soak up some sun and the fresh sea breeze on outdoor furniture. Also includes a BBQ. Parking: Free off-street parking next to the front gate. Rest assured, all bed and bath linens are provided for your comfort. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. Each bedroom also includes a heater for those colder nights. Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the apartment. After a swim or a day on the beach, please use the outdoor shower (hot & cold water). The laundry and yard are shared with the apartment upstairs.
