The space Relax and unwind in this thoughtfully designed 38sqm minimalist condo located in Mactan Newtown, 8Newtown Boulevard , Lapu-lapu City. Room and Living Room: • The Room has a full size mattress/bed. • The living room features a convertible couch bed ideal for cozy lounging. • The room is ideal for couples and small families. The lounging couch can comfortably accommodate young children for sleeping. • A sliding glass door separates the bedroom from the living area. • The condo unit is located on the 9th floor, that boasts breathtaking views of the infinity pool, the City and the sea. • Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenery. Kitchenette: Prepare your favorite meals with ease using our fully equipped Kitchenette, which includes: • A rice maker, Air Fryer, 4-slice toaster, microwave, coffee maker ,and 2-burner electric cook top. • Basic cookware such as pots, pans and utensils. • Plates, glasses, and cutlery for dining in. Whether you're reheating meals, preparing quick snacks or cooking full feast, everything you need is at your fingertips. Bathroom: Indulge in a relaxing bath or a warm shower in our bathroom. • Features Bathtub and a water heater. • hairdryer and a complimentary starter kit with essentials like soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided just enough to get you started. Guest access • Mactan Newtown is conveniently just 15 minute drive from the airport, whether you prefer to commute, take a GRAB , or hop in a Taxi. The area is highly accessible with its own terminal that makes traveling to Cebu City nearby destinations hassle free. • Guests will have access to the building amenities such as the infinity pool, lounge areas, and playground. • The building also offers 24/7 security for safety and peace of mind. • The pool area is located on the 5th floor .Open daily from 8am to 10pm with a scheduled cleaning on Mondays. While the pool is closed on Mondays guests are welcome to use the Mactan Newtown Beach-Pool for ₱350.00 entrance fee. We encourage Guest to explore the nearby beach , which is just 10-15 minutes walk (Depends on your pace) As a short-term rental guest you will only need to pay the reduced fee of ₱350.00. ( At the moment it's ₱350.00 per person, although the management has advised that it may increase to ₱500.00 in the future.) • Scheduled shuttle service is also available. Pick up point is at Savoy hotel and the shuttle follows a set time table. • The neighborhood offers easy access to on site convenience/grocery stores, coffee shops, and variety of food from local to foreign taste. Other things to note Please read the full listing description and house rules before booking to ensure the unit meets your expectations. • A copy of your ID is required during check-in. To avoid ay inconvenience, you may send it in advance, ensuring to obscure sensitive information. (Only your name and photo are necessary) Alternatively you may bring a printed copy, during check-in for ease verification. Please have an identification card handy and ensure that this matches the name you have provided to the host. This is a private condominium listed on Airbnb, not a hotel. Please manage expectations accordingly. • While all the building amenities and common facilties (such as swimming pool, gym, elevators, lobby services, parking , elevators and other shared areas ) are managed and maintained by the condominium administration. • Please note that while we always do our best to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the host is not liable for inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include occasional unexpected utility interruptions, temporary closure, temporary power outages, internet service issues, sudden noise, dust disturbances from neighboring units or common areas, or any urgent operational adjustments implemented by the building management • We do not provide daily housekeeping. Cleaning, towel changes, and linen replacement are not done daily unless pre-arranged (subject to availability and fees). • We provide a start-up supply of 1-2 tissue rolls. • A guest kit is included, which contains soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. • Please note that the condominium’s gym facilities are exclusively available to long-term guests and registered unit owners, as per building management policies. (Short-term guests do not have access to the gym) •••Self Check-in••• Our place offers self check-in, so you may arrive anytime after 2:00 PM. For last-minute bookings, please allow us a bit of time to prepare the guest registration form and get the room ready, especially if we have guests requesting late check-out on the same day. •••Late check-out•••is not guaranteed as it depends on upcoming reservations. If the unit remains vacant on your check-out day, we will be happy to allow a late check-out. Approval is based on room availability. Important Notice: We take care to keep our unit comfortable and well-maintained. However, occasional issues such as appliance malfunctions may arise due to normal wear and tear or the usage of previous guests. While we always strive to address any concerns promptly, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding should any unforeseen situations occur during your stay. Please be considerate in scheduling repairs according to both our maintenance availability and your convenience, as some guests prefer repairs to be done during their stay while others may wish to schedule them for a more suitable time.
