The space Relax and unwind in this thoughtfully designed 38sqm minimalist condo located in Mactan Newtown, 8Newtown Boulevard , Lapu-lapu City. Room and Living Room: • The Room has a full size mattress/bed. • The living room features a convertible couch bed ideal for cozy lounging. • The room is ideal for couples and small families. The lounging couch can comfortably accommodate young children for sleeping. • A sliding glass door separates the bedroom from the living area. • The condo unit is located on the 9th floor, that boasts breathtaking views of the infinity pool, the City and the sea. •Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenery. Kitchenette: Prepare your favorite meals with ease using our fully equipped Kitchenette, which includes: • A rice maker, Air Fryer, 4-slice toaster, microwave, coffee maker ,and 2-burner electric cook top. • Basic cookware such as pots, pans and utensils. • Plates, glasses, and cutlery for dining in. Whether you're reheating meals, preparing quick snacks or cooking full feast, everything you need is at your fingertips. Bathroom: Indulge in a relaxing bath or a warm shower in our bathroom. • Features Bathtub and a water heater. • hairdryer and a complimentary starter kit with essentials like soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided—just enough to get you started. Guest access • Mactan Newtown is conveniently just 15 minute drive from the airport, whether you prefer to commute, take a GRAB , or hop in a Taxi. The area is highly accessible with its own terminal that makes traveling to Cebu City nearby destinations hassle free. • Guests will have access to the building amenities such as the infinity pool, lounge areas, and playground. • The building also offers 24/7 security for safety and peace of mind. • The pool area is located on the 5th floor .Open daily from 8am to 10pm with a scheduled cleaning on Mondays. While the pool is closed on Mondays guests are welcome to use the Mactan Newtown Beach-Pool for 350 entrance fee. We encourage Guest to explore the nearby beach , which is just 10-15 minutes walk (Depends on your pace) For your reference, the full entrance fee for non-guests is 650 pesos , but as a short-term rental guest you will only need to pay the reduced fee of 350 pesos. • Scheduled shuttle service is also available. Pick up point is at Savoy hotel and the shuttle follows a set time table. •Please note that while there is a club nearby, it will not disrupt your stay. The club has noise restrictions, and patrols in Mactan along with strict security within the building and township ensure that noise is kept to a minimum especially after 10pm. • The neighborhood offers easy access to on site convenience/grocery stores, coffee shops, and variety of food from local to foreign taste. Other things to note • A copy of your ID is required during check-in. To avoid ay inconvenience, you may send it in advance, ensuring to obscure sensitive information. (Only your name and photo are necessary) Alternatively you may bring a printed copy, during check-in for ease verification. • We provide a start-up supply of 1-2 tissue rolls. • A guest kit is included, which contains soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. • For guests staying 7 days or longer, we offer one complimentary cleaning service every 7 days, which includes general room cleaning and a change of bed linens. • Please note that the condominium’s gym facilities are exclusively available to long-term guests and registered unit owners, as per building management policies. (Short-term guests do not have access to the gym) Important Notice: We take great care to ensure our unit is well-maintained and comfortable for every guest. However, occasional maintenance or appliance issues may arise due to normal wear and tear, sometimes influenced by the usage of previous guests who have just checked out. While we do our best to address any concerns promptly, we appreciate your patience and understanding should any unforeseen situations occur during your stay.
