Cozy Weekender at the Lake

This is a perfect spot to take a few days at the lake. Most of the conveniences of a home with a fabulous view and peaceful vibe. Views of Foster Lake and walkable to the lake, restaurants, and bars. Safe secure private neighborhood. Street parking in front of the house. Tenants upstairs in a separate unit. Quiet hours 9pm to 8am. The space This is the basement of the home that has been transformed into a 1200 square foot unit. The floors are cement, which keep it very cool in the summer, therefore AC is not necessary. This has a kitchenette, no oven/stove. There is a refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave, and pantry with crock pot and panini press. The shower is a walk in with overhead rain system or hand held wand. The bedroom includes a king size bed and walk in closet. The queen size bed is located in between the livingroom and dining area. Guest access You are free to use the patio downstairs in front of the unit Other things to note This area does have lots of wild life, so please use caution with supervision of children
