Come and spend a few days with family or friends in our country house (former "longère"), in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Saumur) and close to Futuroscope and Puy du Fou. With its 4 bedrooms, living room, common room, it can accommodate 8 to 13 people. This house, in the family for 4 generations, was completely renovated in 2018, while maintaining its authentic character. Quiet enclosed courtyard and garden. Games, bikes available. The space The house is fully furnished with original furniture and decoration and fully equipped (appliances, dishes...). Linens (duvets, towels) provided. The house is located off the road with a large courtyard that can easily park 3 cars, and is ideal for outdoor games: pétanque, badminton, (balls, rackets, balls and ping-pong table provided). Behind the house, a large enclosed garden, overlooking the fields, with large terrace for meals, beautiful lawn, and relaxation area in the shade of the apple tree. Garden tables (including one for 8 to 10 people), to relax are at your disposal. Description of interior rooms: On the ground floor: - A "master suite" with a 140 cm double bed with a bathroom with toilet and extra bed from 80 to 160 cm, overlooking the garden - A large living room with wood-burning stove, bar area and sitting area, and Clavinova electric piano - A living room with the originality of a closed "interior well"), with a large farmhouse table that can accommodate up to 10 people (small side table possible), equipped kitchen - Bathroom (shower) - A separate toilet - Hallway with large closet and household products - A laundry room with washer and dryer + large fridge-freezer + storage chairs, recliner, side tables Upstairs: - Pink Room: a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm extra bed, a desk - Orchid Room: a 130 cm double bed, a living room with sofa bed (140 cm) that can accommodate an additional couple, a hand-washing sink and dry toilet (management and cleaning at the expense of the tenants), a desk - The "dormitory": 2 beds 120 cm, a living room, 1 desk Duvets provided for all beds, including extra beds. Provision of 6 bikes (including 3 recent) and helmets. Other things to note The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed. The 4th bedroom sleeps an additional 2 people (2 separate 120 cm beds). Extra beds in 3 of the bedrooms (a 140 cm sofa bed in bedroom 2, a 80-160 cm pull-out bed in bedroom 1 and a 80 cm single bed in bedroom 4).
