(4 OUT OF 5 BEDROOM ARE PART OF THIS LET) Guest access You have access to the house and garden other than the back loft on the 2nd floor, the locked 5th bedroom used for our storage, the back half of the cellar and garden shed. Entry and exit is via the door on the side of the house, not the front door. Entry is via a gate code then a key safe where key must be kept. Other things to note CATS There are two male cats that come with the property. They are fed by machine but are affectionate to each other and to humans. They do what cats do and jump up on the surfaces of the kitchen Island and dinning table and in 16 years we have not been able to train the otherwise. They are mainly in the kitchen which has a catflap to the garden. Their hobby is escaping into the rest of the house. This is OK and they can sit with you if you let them roam but then the kitchen door must be secured open or the cats won't be able to access the catflap garden to poo. Clearing up after our cats is gross so I doubt you will relish that on your break. :) KEY After the coded side gate. The entry key is kept in the key safe at all times and should not be taken inside or away from the property. Banham locks are very expensive to replace and as the house is all keyed alike a lost key would be over £1000. Pleaser just ensure your group know the key rule. CELLAR Please do not use any of the tools to do any repairs or touch anything in the back half of the cellar. The food and wines stored are all inventoried and should not be consumed. KITCHEN SURFACES Please use heat mats to avoid damaging the surfaces of the Island or table.
