The space This spacious Mexican style one bedroom unit has a recently remodeled kitchen and new furnishings for your comfort. The living and bedroom both have wall of glass patio sliding doors that fully open up to the outdoors. Sleep well in the new king size bed in the spacious bedroom, where a guest closet and plenty of drawer space is available for your belongings. There is a large beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom. The kitchen is newly stocked with basics for you to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, a wine opener, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and a blender. Toilet paper, Kleenex tissues and soap are provided for your stay. And for your fun beach days you will find a couple of boogie boards in the guest closet and beach/pool towels in the linen pantry. There is a welcoming community heated pool with plenty of pool chairs and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the ocean view from the pool and your private terrace. After a day of activity in the warm Mexico sun you will be treated to air conditioning in the main living area and in the bedroom. Guest access Stairways are very common around Puerto Vallarta if you want to get away from the party scene and enjoy a view and a more peaceful setting. There is one block with stairs to the condo entrance. For folks with physical limitations you can taxi up the hill and the taxi will even drop you off inside the complex as close as they can get to your first floor front door. Other things to note There is a water filtration system on the kitchen faucet. For your peace of mind you can purchase water jugs, ice and soda on site. You can catch the bus just two blocks down the hill from Puesta del Sol on the main Street. The bus system in Puerto Vallarta will take you everywhere, Costco, Walmart, Botanical Gardens, the Marina, all around town and to visit nearby towns.
