Le Fenil Gite

We are a small independently run campsite nestled in the heart of the hamlet of Montmérac situated amidst vineyards, walnut groves, cornfields and sunflower fields. The village of Baignes is just 5km south or the market town of Barbezieux is just 8km away. We are about 10km from the national route N10 which is half an hour from Angouleme. Cognac Golf course is around 36km away and Hirondelle Golf Course is 42 km. The nearest airport is Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport, 90 km from the accommodation. The space Boasting garden views, 'Le Fenil' Gite at Camping Chez Philpaud offers guest accommodation for 2 people. It is a one-bedroom detached, independent gite. The gite has one double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The living room area has a small sofa bed, measuring 120cm by 190cm. It is suitable as an extra bed for two children or one teenager/adult. All bedding and towels are provided. If you would prefer to bring your own, please let us know prior to your arrival. Outside, there is a private patio area with a table and chairs for alfresco eating. BBQ facilities are available upon request. There is access to a pool which is shared with other guests staying at the campsite. Free private parking is available on site.
