ROOM 2: SMALL DOUBLE BEDDED HOTEL ROOM - FIRST FLOOR ( INC BREAKFAST) This is our price-conscious option, our smallest double room in the main house,slightly smaller in size than our standard doubles, but with a double bed, compact en-suite shower room. Overlooks our garden. Adults only, non-smoking. Due to furniture configuration this room cannot accommodate a travel cot The space The Coast Yard is an 11 bedroom licensed property with all rooms being ensuite, centrally heated, with Wi-Fi access. Guest access Bar, Dining room, lounge area and garden. Other things to note We are a friendly bunch and serve a great breakfast, which is included in the tariff and have a delightful garden you can sit in when the weather allows, warm cosy rooms with tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience. We allow take away food in the Coast Yard but it must beconsumed in the bar,dining room or garden when the weather allows.Not in the rooms please. We supply plates cutlery napkins etc.
