The space What our homey studio has to offer: - A sleeping area with double bed; - A modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle; - A bathroom with shower, and hairdryer; - Digital Guidebook with great, local recommendations (on request); - Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi internet; - Best location ever - Just exit the building and start exploring the magical Old Town streets; - Heating, A/C, and great cleaning service; - Iron and iron board; - Fresh towels and linens; - Bath amenities and kitchen essentials; Please note: We offer cooking basics packages upon request. The included products are not available in the apartment without a request. - Customer service available; - Cleaning service for long stays. Please note: We provide cleaning during the stay only after the 7th day spent in our apartment and upon request. If your reservation is longer than 7 days, please request the cleaning service, and we will be more than happy to schedule it :) Please note before booking: *The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as photoshoots or videoshoots (videoclips, videoblogs etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images with the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/videoshoots starts from 100 euros, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation. **Being located very centrally, there might be some noise from the Old Town streets. Please consider this when booking it, if you are a sensitive sleeper. ***The apartment is situated in a pedestrian area and is not accessible by car (300 meters from a car drop-off point). Guest access You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy. Other things to note We kindly ask you to note that the exterior aspect of the building may not be visually pleasing. Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very pleasant state. Most of them are currently on the list of future reconditioners. We assure you that, despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues. More, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building.
