Ripples

Ripples is a double story recently renovated sea side cottage, centrally located in peaceful, tranquil Tin Can Bay. Breathtaking bay views with amazing sunsets over the water. The property’s deep water free standing jetty is perfect for fishing and crabbing. The space Top floor has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The kitchen, living area and dining all have water views while experiencing the fresh sea breeze through a wall of glass louver windows. Bottom floor has another living space with television. 2 bedrooms , a pool table room and a bathroom. Walk out on to the patio where we have 2 round small tables with 8 chairs. A large bbq is there too. Guest access The whole house, up stairs and downstairs, front and back yard , jetty and foreshore. Other things to note We do not allow pets on this property.The property is not fenced to the road and water, so this could also be a concern for young children. There is a large lawn area at the front of the house.
