There is also a queen blow up mattress if needed. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have smart TVs. In the kitchen, you will find a new state-of-the-art induction range and everything needed to cook your meals. There is a security system. The space This property is set up for a party of 6 with six dining room chairs, a couch and love seat, 6 dinnerware settings, bath towels for 6, and 5 beds available. Guest access There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with kitchen, living room, work area, and fenced in backyard for guest use. The rooms and utility closets that are not accessible to guests have locks on the doors Other things to note There is a two night minimum for stays. We have had to instill a strict no party rule as this is a residential location. We would appreciate honesty of the number of guests staying to ensure we prepare for the appropriate amount of cleaning and laundering time that we will need to hire.
