Villa in idyllic Råtorp

Welcome to our cozy house with social areas both indoors and outdoors. Spacious living room with fireplace. Back in a sunny western position with a large wooden deck. There is a dining table, sun beds and gas grill. Lounge furniture under the roof. In the kitchen garden there are, among other things, strawberries and potatoes. There is also a trampoline and the area's most charming playhouse! Proximity to Råtorps Café, Klarälven (swimming facilities & bike path to the city center), I2 forest, Löfbergs arena, golf course, pizzeria, Coop and Friskis & Svettis. The space The house was built in 1963 and completely renovated in recent years. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and TV, a guest room with double bed (140 cm), a trundle bed and office space, a children's room with single bed (90 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Downstairs there is a hall, kitchen with kitchen table, large living room with sofa, TV, extendable dining table (6 chairs), fireplace and double glass doors to the terrace. There is also a playroom, toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a home gym in the garage. Our lovely back consists of a large terrace, partly covered. For the children, there is a large trampoline, swing set, playhouse, sandbox and other outdoor toys. Two adult bicycles, a children's bicycle and a bicycle trailer are available to borrow. Two cars can fit in the driveway but it is also possible to park (for free) in the street. Guest access Our guests can use the whole house and garden. Other things to note We live about 4 km from downtown Karlstad. You can cycle on nice bike paths all the way into the city center in about 15 minutes. There are also good bus connections, city buses 2 and 8 go just outside of us.
