In a recent, bright and secure building, with elevator, overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard on one side and the street on the other, with a small garden, you will enjoy the elegance of a bygone era while staying in this apartment! Beautifully decorated, each room has period furniture and amenities, which make it absolutely unique. You will be hosted by Jean Christophe who lives there. For your convenience, we are flexible on check-in and check-out times. The space Our apartment has been carefully designed to reflect the era. Calm, bright and flowery, it includes a double bedroom, a simple and functional Parisian kitchen, a large living room that also serves as a workspace with natural light, warm and welcoming, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. It can accommodate 2 people (extra bed negotiable). The building is safe. A large and wooded courtyard welcomes you for your urban readings and meditations. I don't smoke, but you can smoke at the windows. Guest access The area is well served by public transport, with the Rue des Boulets (line 9), Nation (lines 1, 2, 6 + RER A + Bus 26, 56, 57, 71, 86, 215, 351 and night N11), Reuilly Diderot, Faidherbe Chaligny, Avron... metro stations nearby, facilitating access to all of Paris. Nearby you will find all quality shops: excellent bakeries, wine shop, cheese shop, Franprix, florist, and of course the incomparable Alligre market! You will be very close to Nation and Bastille. You can visit the Père-Lachaise Cemetery: A short walk from Rue des Boulets, this cemetery is one of the most famous in the world. You can visit the graves of many personalities such as Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Édith Piaf. Square de la Roquette: A charming little park where you can relax and enjoy the calm. Ideal for a quiet walk or to read a book in the shade of the trees. Covered Passages: The Passage du Trône and other nearby covered passages offer unique shopping and discovery experiences with their quaint shops and small stalls. Bars and Restaurants: The area is full of small restaurants and wine bars where you can enjoy traditional French dishes or cuisines from around the world. Look for establishments frequented by locals for a more authentic experience. Artisan Workshops and Boutiques: The area is also known for its small artisan and artist boutiques. You'll find unique creations and original souvenirs there. During your stay We can communicate by text, email, and phone. I'll be attentive to your needs. Coffee and black tea are available in the kitchen. Other things to note You will meet Jean-Christophe, who speaks English, Khmer, Arabic and French, and who will help you with everything you need during your stay.
