Welcome to the Tedford House! This is a 3 bed 2 bath Ranch style home with lots of modern charm. This is a perfect place for anyone visiting Wewoka or the surrounding areas. The home is conveniently located in the city of Wewoka, in a great neighborhood just minutes from the golf course. The home is located on a large lot, with a fenced backyard leading to a fire pit and a creek that runs most of the year. Sit back and relax on the covered back porch and enjoy the naturalistic setting! The space The main bedroom has a KING bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, work space, blackout curtains, bedside lamps w/usb ports. Alarm clock w/ sound machine, a separate closet and massive full length mirror, ceiling fan, comfy chair and a 55” smart tv. Access to bath with walk in shower and an access door to the covered back porch. The middle bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, alarm clock w/ sound machine, lamp, usb ports. Nice size closet, chair, side table and smart tv. The front bedroom has a queen bed with side tables and lamps w/usb ports, alarm clock w/sound machine and a ceiling fan. Nice size closet, recliner with side table and a 55” smart tv. The main bath has tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have essentials including a blow dryer. The kitchen has lots of granite counter space. Fully equipped with most any small appliance or utensil you might need. The living area has a comfy Ashley sofa and love seat, touch lamps, surround sound, 70” smart tv and a gas log fireplace for the winter. The dining table can squeeze 6 but request the extra leaf for more elbow room. Also, a breakfast nook for 2 in the kitchen. Drip Coffee, hot/cold teas, variety of k-cups and a few midnight snacks available . On occasion the host may surprise you with fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The happy place has to be the back yard! Sit and listen to the birds or watch the bluejays fight over fresh worms. See the red Cardinals sip a drink from the bird bath or watch the momma squirrel teach her baby jump from branch to branch. Then watch the sparkling patio lights of the neighbors across the creek through the trees or go through the gate and sit by the fire pit. Or just sit and visit for hours or read your favorite book! You just can’t go wrong in that little bit of county in town! Guest access Enjoy the entire house, laundry room and yard including the creek. The garage is locked for use by owners and cleaners for storage for extra furniture, equipment, cleaning supplies, tools and seasonal items. Other things to note Don’t be afraid to ask!
