🏠 This updated historic home features two bedrooms, both with king beds, and one full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The home is clean and charming, sure to be just what you need for a family trip, girls' weekend, or romantic getaway! 🚸 Enjoy a brief walk to all that downtown Madison, Indiana has to offer. It is also a quick drive to Madison's hilltop, Hanover College, and Clifty Falls State Park. 🚙 On street parking only. The space This two bedroom home includes a comfortable living room. There is a TV with a Roku and board games for your entertainment. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms feature a ROKU TV, king sized bed, and storage space for your things. An extra set of towels will be found in the closet should you need it. A desk and office chair is found in the hallway for your use. High speed internet is available as well. The full kitchen provides a variety of kitchen supplies. A washer and dryer is available for your use. Please remember to bring your preferred detergent. A starter supply of paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be provided. Outside, you will find a cozy porch with a swing as well as a side yard to enjoy. There is an outdoor dining table provided for you. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, porch, and yard. Street parking only. Other things to note This historic home has been renovated but the flooring is slightly uneven in some areas, including doorways, so please watch your step. There are four security cameras on the outside of the home. This home accommodates up to four adults. Up to two small, well behaved dogs (up to 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. Please plan to crate your dogs when you are not in the home, wipe off dirty paws, and pick up pet waste to place in trash receptacle outside.
