Our well-managed, centrally located building exudes tranquility, and smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building and the property. Slip into the cozy bed with soft sheets and wake up refreshed for the day ahead. The apartment is quite, clean and spacious. Our community is for mature adults aged 21 and above that are looking for a quiet community to rest and relax after an exciting day out of socializing and or working out of town. Our building is designed for adults that here full-time aged 55 and older. The environment is clean, serene, secure and well-maintained, offering amenities such as Valet trash collection on Tuesday and Friday only, excluding holidays. Simply place your trash outside your door Tuesday only, starting at 7am and 9am for a final pickup. Friday starting at 3:00 pm with a final pick up at 5:00 pm. Dumpsters located on the North and South sides of the building. Additionally, we offer a continental breakfast on weekday mornings from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, excluding holidays and weekends. Only guest that are registered with Airbnb are permitted on the property Any visitors must have prior approval. Only registered guests are welcome to use the Social Room, fitness room, outside patio, and grilling area. The other areas are reserved for Empire residents only. Our quality property and spacious apartment would easily cost well over $150.00 per night at a luxury hotel. Once you have experienced Empire we are confident that you will already be booking your next stay! To maintain our affordable rates and avoid additional cleaning charges, we kindly request that you prepare the suite prior to your departure. This includes washing and storing all dishes, pots, and pans, as well as wiping down surfaces to eliminate any food residue. Please ensure the toilet lid is lifted for cleanliness and clear away any significant amounts of hair from shaving in the bathroom and shower. Upon entering our building, you will feel a sense of relief, knowing you have chosen the right place for tranquility, cleanliness, and relaxation. If you require additional cleaning services during or after your stay, please notify us so that we can arrange for housekeeping. We collaborate with an external professional cleaning company that charges $100 per visit, depending on the condition of the suite upon your departure. Please bag the trash and it can be deposited on the North and south side of the building. We will wash the linens and towels. Guest access The manager lives on property and is available in the office from Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Friday-Sunday and major holidays. We will message you with code and directions to your suite 24 hours prior to arrival. In addition our office hours are Monday-Thursday 10:00 am-4:00 pm closed Friday, weekends and major holidays. If 2 registered guest are on the property and you need a second key please make this request through the Airbnb app once you have registered . All guests (21 and over)are required to register with Airbnb in order to stay at our property. Additionally, we may request background checks for long-term stays. Because we are a retirement community of adults aged 55 and over. Only guest (21 and over) that are registered through Airbnb are permitted to be on the property unless prior permission has been requested. In case of an emergency, you can call or text us through the Airbnb app. Although we prefer in-person key handover, if your travel plans require a late check-in, we can address this before your arrival. We have a lockbox available to provide access to the building and your suite. Please keep in mind that we are not typically available after 10:00 pm unless it is a maintenance emergency. Additionally, we do not provide a lockout service. If you lose your keys and accidentally lock yourself out before 10:00 PM, we will make every effort to assist you. As such, guests requiring complete quiet during the day, may experience interruptions to their sleep. During the evening hours our building is extremely quiet. Our building is best suited for those looking for tranquility and a quiet, clean setting for working professionals and those who are retired. The suite is located on the first floor, near the social room and service area. While the environment is notably quiet during evening hours, activity within the building and external traffic increases around 8:00-9:00 am. Our photographs accurately depict the room; however, please note that we do not provide blackout curtains. We offer a variety of sheets, both microfiber and cotton, which are regularly rotated. We also offer a large screen TV and high-speed internet. We do not offer local channels however streaming shows and a variety of other channels and movies are available. When you reserve the Airbnb suite, your payment encompasses the accommodation of the room itself. While we trust you will enjoy the extra perks of the amenities provided, please be aware that our self-service breakfast offerings are updated monthly for our residents who live in the building fulltime as we are not a hotel and we do invite you to be our guest and enjoy an incredible cup of coffee and other breakfast offerings. Our continental breakfast has a diverse selection of pre-packaged snacks and items, including yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, pastries, and milk, among others. We do not offer a traditional hot breakfast, such as bacon and eggs. However, our continental breakfast features a delightful variety of items at no additional cost, enhancing your overall experience during your stay with us. Our continental breakfast availability is subject to change on holiday hours and vacation schedules. Typically it is offered Monday-Friday 7:00 am-10:00 am. We do have a couple of options available if you prefer to hire a cleaning service at the time of your checkout or if you choose to tidy up yourself. *Option 1: If you choose to clean up after yourself, no additional charges will apply. We do not expect you to clean the entire suite; however, we kindly ask that you attend to the following tasks to prevent any unforeseen cleaning fees: Return all cleaned dishes, pots, and pans to their original locations. Remove any food residue from the kitchen, including appliances. Ensure cleanliness by addressing the area beneath and around the toilet lid, if necessary. Clear away any significant amounts of hair from shaving from the bathroom and shower area. Place your towels in the washer; we will take care of washing and folding them. Leave bed linens and towels for us to launder. Dispose of your trash in the designated bins located on the north and south sides of the building. Kindly take any leftover food from the freezer, refrigerator, or cabinets with you. Option 2: Kindly inform us on the day of your check-in if you would like us to arrange a cleaning service for you.
