Cable TV (NET), 120M Wi-Fi, balcony in the living room (back apartment), garage for one car (fixed space, automatic gate), elevator. Limit of 6 people per stay (1 full bed, 2 twin beds + 2 mattresses on the floor). Other things to note Buy water, as there is no filter in the apartment. There is a supermarket a few blocks away, on Av. Dom Pedro.
