A comfortable mini-apartment with a modern design, very clean and with an excellent location. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe, security service is 24/7. The mini-apartment #2's is in a second floor, the space is very functional, with a lot of natural light, with all the services that you could need, including hot water and a closet. In front of the windows we have a beautiful mango tree. This space is ideal for students, professionals, and tourists. Luis and Ena speak English and Spanish. The space This mini-apartment, on a second floor, has an independent entrance, it is very clean, secure (24/7) and with a lot of plants around, including a centenary mango tree. The design is modern, its windows are large, making the space very bright, well ventilated and comfy. Each detail of the mini-apartment has been well planned to attend our customer’s needs. The space has certain level of noise isolation, a control remote ceiling fan, and a great artificial lighting system, including a nice desk lamp on the desk. Guest access The mini-apartment #2 has independent entrance on a second floor. Inside the room, there is an matrimonial comfy bed, a crystal desk, and ergonomic chair, a kitchenette, and a space to store your cloth. At the back there is a nice private washroom with hot water and a lot of natural light. The only area that could be shared is a small terrace at the main entrance of the house (downstairs). The space of the mini-apartment is private, 100% dedicated only for you. Other things to note Our house, where mini-apartment #2 is located, is on a main street. Because of that, the area could be noisy because of the traffic. However, the mini-apartment has a good level of noise isolation which makes it relatively quiet inside. Some noise could be heard although.
