We offer our house for you to relax and enjoy our heated outdoor pool between May and September. Close to shops and amenities. The space Our house was built in 2018, it has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room/living room/open kitchen. The master suite with shower room is located on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms are upstairs with separate bathroom and toilet. Outside you can enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a heated pool of 3.5/7 m secured by a bar cover. Seaside: 1 hour 30 minutes. Many castles nearby (Angers, Saumur, Brissac, Serrant...) Note: We remind you that children must swim under adult supervision. When you can't make sure, the safety cover must be closed and locked. Guest access You can access the whole house except the garage part. You can park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the house if you wish. Other things to note You will certainly come across Clochette, a cat born in July 2020. The house is adapted so that she does not have to disturb you during your stay, but she will certainly come to ask for some hugs!
