It has rainwater collection, a Russian stove, a greenhouse attached to the house, ventilation and passive heating, greywater treatment and a biodigester. The house has an upstairs room with a double bed and in the living room a sofa with a square and a half .. if the tenants request it you can attach an extra mattress. Everything was designed in detail and with a functional and aesthetic criterion.
