Dream room under the roof (family tip)

The bright, modern room is on the second floor, the shower room is directly from there. A highlight for children is our "heavenly" chamber for playing and dreaming. A TV with streaming providers provides entertainment, and a Nespresso machine with milk frother awaits for a good start to your day. Our sports cellar (tower, yoga, mirror wall) is welcome to be visited. Optionally, there are 4 folding chairs and a table in front of the door for coffee or the laptop.;) The space Perfect for transit! The room is on the second floor. More specifically, it is the entire floor with a lockable door. The entrance is through our staircase from which other of our private rooms branch off. In the room there is a double bed 140 x 200 and 2 high-quality, cozy folding mattresses that can be two 90 x 200 cm beds or a 180 x 200 cm bed. The house is quiet, yet only a 4-minute drive from the A99 highway and a few kilometers from the A99/A8 highway junction (Salzburg highway). Ideally located for all those passing through southbound. Munich city center can be reached by express bus (departure is almost right in front of the door) in about 20 minutes. By normal bus and train in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there are bakeries with breakfast and lunch and restaurants, even more playgrounds and forests for jogging or walking. . Guest access You are welcome to use: Our fitness cellar with tower incl. bench, kettle bells, balance boards, stretch and Pilates bands, yoga mats and large mirror wall. In the garden there are 2 terraces with a cozy sitting area or large dining table available to share. The garden is large and fenced and a children's paradise!
