The space The studio villa features stylish shiplap walls and tile flooring throughout. Relax in the comfortable seating area, complete with a luxurious leather electronic reclining sofa and two swivel chairs. For a good night’s sleep, this space features one traditional queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and beautiful quartz countertops. The counter height bar provides a perfect spot for enjoying your meals. The bathroom offers double sinks and quartz countertops, while the soaking tub with shower head provides relaxing bathing experience. Step outside on the screened-in outdoor lanai, where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean. This is not an oceanfront condo, but it is situated on the beachside of Ponte Vedra Boulevard. Guest access Guests must present a valid driver’s license at the gated entrance. The security guard will issue a vehicle pass, which must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Access to the villa is via keyless entry. You will receive your unique door code approximately one hour prior to arrival. The villa is on the first floor. There are 3 steps to the entry. The ocean is approximately a three minute walk away from the condo. Sawgrass Beach Club has a private beach access you are allowed to use. The beach access is located on the south end of the Sawgrass Beach Club. The community pool is approximately 1 mile from the condo ( 17 Sawgrass Drive which is at the corner of Sawgrass Dr & South Nine Drive) and is located in Sawgrass Country Club. You can walk or drive to the pool. There are limited parking spaces at the community pool. Bathrooms are available at the pool. You will not have access to Sawgrass Beach Club and Sawgrass Country Club amenities such as golf, tennis, beachfront pools and private restaurants. Other things to note With your pass, you can drive or walk through the Sawgrass Country Club, which will make it easier for you to access grocery stores and restaurants on A1A.
