With 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms, this executive villa is set within the mature gardens. Our villas are professionally managed by Island Villas, leading property management company in Barbados. The space Styled in chic Caribbean décor, the main house boasts four bedrooms, all with their own luxury en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor houses two bedrooms; the first situated on the left of the foyer featuring a luxury queen-size bed and the second, a double bedroom opening onto a private patio. There is also a guest powder room and a study suited for work or pleasure. Mahogany Drive 7 is one of the few villas to offer a separate two bedroom guest cottage within the grounds. This exclusive guest accommodation features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds, one master bathroom and a kitchenette with microwave, mini-bar and coffee maker. The stunning infinity pool is a main feature of the outside area along with a panoramic resort view over the golf course and magnificent outdoor dining and lounge areas. The deposit is released once the property is inspected after the check out and no damages were found. Effective May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily charge of USD 10.00 per registered guest for issuing house guest cards. These cards are required to access shared facilities, including the tennis courts, Sanctuary, clubhouse, Mullins Beach amenities, and restaurants. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from requiring guest cards.
