Guest access Lockbox on site Other things to note We prioritise the protection of our properties, which is why we have teamed up with Truvi, the foremost guest-screening service for holiday rentals. Truvi will contact the lead guest shortly after making the booking. Prior to the start of your stay, it is necessary to verify your information and ID through Truvi. Additionally, you will have the option to either pay a refundable deposit (subject to a 2% transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend opting for the damage waiver, as it offers you protection in the event of accidental damage during your stay.
