The countryside in town. We provide two beautiful rooms for up to four people, with private shower room, in our house with garden, located 20 minutes by tram from the city center. You will appreciate our house for its geographical location, calm, sunshine and the atmosphere that emerges from it. On sunny days, you can enjoy its terrace and garden. We live on site with a dog and two cats. Free parking in the cul-de-sac. The space You will have two bedrooms, on the second floor of the house we live in, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet reserved for the two bedrooms. They are both equipped with a 140 double bed. They are bright and face east on the cul-de-sac which is very quiet. The rooms are suitable for couples or solo travelers, business travelers and families with children from 12 years old. If you want to rent both rooms, but there are two of you, you have to send me a message and book for 3. It is advisable to provide indoor shoes, with dress shoes remaining in the entrance. Shampoo and shower gel provided, as well as towels and a hair dryer. Coffee and tea are available. Breakfast is available at an extra cost, on request. Cleaning is included. A key box allows for independent check-in in case we are not on site at the time of your arrival. Guest access We will be there to welcome you, and if this is not possible, a key box allows you to arrive independently. You will have one or two bedrooms, depending on your reservation, as well as a dedicated upstairs bathroom. You will have access to some kitchen facilities and can use the dining room table, terrace and garden, with small jacuzzi and small above-ground pool. During your stay We love Nantes, its surroundings and our neighborhood and will be here to welcome you and guide you to the right places: outings, restaurants, bar... if you wish. We'll provide you with documentation and brochures to plan your stay. Other things to note On site, there is also a dog and two cats, who know how to be very discreet. We are very attached to the layout, furniture and decorative objects that contribute to giving a special atmosphere to this house. We'll ask you to respect this. We are non-smokers, but smokers are tolerated on the terrace. On site, in the shared areas, you can use the coffee machine, kettle, dining room table and terrace in fine weather. There is also a small jacuzzi in the garden as well as a small above-ground pool, usable from June to September.
