Unlike other apartments at Brighton Marina, Marina Waves Holiday apartment has a free, safe, allocated parking space right outside the front door. The apartment is peacefully situated, yet is just a short, easy and safe walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, and a large supermarket. Book your stay at Marina Waves and unwind in this tranquil, elegant space. Brighton Marina is a very safe and desirable area of Brighton and offers a wealth of activities and amenities, all within a short walk from this apartment. Enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars, boat trips, fishing cruises, supermarket, water-sports centre, bowling alley, entertainment centre, and cinema. A short stroll along the beach leads to the heart of Brighton, where you can explore more attractions including the Pier, the Royal Summer Pavillion Palace and the cute old lanes. Alternatively, buses depart frequently from the Marina throughout the day and evening, taking you to all corners of the city, to Brighton railway station and along the coast to other seaside towns. Inside the apartment, the spacious living room is equipped with a SMART TV featuring a variety of channels, including NETFLIX, all set up for you to enjoy. The room also includes a large, comfortable three-seater sofa, and the lounge chair can be converted into a low full size single bed (see photos). If you wish to use the chair as a bed, please let us know in advance, as we will provide the necessary bedding and convert it for you before you arrive. We recommend leaving the chair as a bed for your stay rather than converting it back to a chair daily. Please note, this property does not allow pets in the apartment or on the building. One allocated free parking space comes with the apartment. There is one step into the building from outside. Additional free parking for an extra car is available by arrangement. Please ask your host for details. We are sorry but this apartment is not available for small children or pets. Other things to note This property is not available for pets or children under the age of 10 years. Do not bring any animals into the apartment/block. They are strictly forbidden. All guests staying at the property must supply their full names and home address.
