The space Unit is over 500 square ft. , equipped with one bedroom (queen size bed), a bright living area with 70" TV . a double pull out bed sofa , and a dining area. The kitchenette comes with a medium size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a dual electrical induction cooker. The unit also have a separate 3 pieces bathroom and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Unit is completely self-contained and all amenities mentioned are for guests to enjoy without sharing. For the guests convenience, we also provide: - basic cooking amenities such as sugar, salt , oil - basic cooking utensils (eg. pots and frying pan) and cleaners - bathroom essentials such as soaps, shampoos. towels and hair dryer - extra single fold-up bed is also available for $20 per night Guest access Guest will access the unit via the side entrance to the right of the house.
