The one-bedroom/four people, one bathroom

A cozy, fine apartment for 2 couples or a family with child(ren). In two separate rooms you sleep in the king size/double bed and share a bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen (except for the food) there is a small sitting area that invites you to sit comfortably together. The apartment has its own private balcony. Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen included! The space The house is located near the center of the picturesque alpine village of Altenmarkt im Pongau. Altenmarkt impresses with its central location, the extremely good infrastructure and the quiet ambience. Party and après ski bars can be found in Flachau, five minutes away. Altenmarkt therefore offers very quiet nights and gives you the opportunity to recharge the batteries for the next day. Two supermarkets are 50 and 70 meters away, respectively. A sports shop for renting summer and winter sports equipment is 30 meters away. The walk to the Amadé thermal baths is just under 150 meters. Ski buses run to Flachau, Flachauwinkel, Zauchensee and Eben without changing trains 50 to 100 meters away. Obertauern and Reiteralm can also be reached by public transport in 30 to 60 minutes. The house has two floors. All apartments / rooms have a private balcony. Linens and towels are included. The WiFi in the house is free. There is a heated ski storage room with ski boot heating. This room is used as a bicycle room in the summer. Parking in front of the house is free of charge. Guest access The host is usually on site when guests arrive and check in. In exceptional cases, the keys are deposited in a safe to which only the guest has access. Other things to note We allow ourselves to charge an amount of €10,- a day for pets. The amount will be charged directly by the host upon arrival or departure. We are obliged to charge an amount of €3,- per person per night to local taxes. Registration Details ATU80538768
